These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the order of access and use of the website b-q.am (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), define the rights and obligations of Users and Business Users, the rules for processing personal data, and other operational matters concerning the Website.

1.2. The Website is an information platform designed to publish information about organizations, individual entrepreneurs, and specialists operating in the fields of sports, beauty, aesthetic medicine, tourism, hospitality, and entertainment, as well as their offered works, goods, and services, facilitating interaction between market participants (providers and consumers).

1.3. Your use of the Website constitutes full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. User or You — Any physical or legal entity accessing and using the Website.

2.2. Business User — An organization, individual entrepreneur, or physical person holding an account on the Website and posting information about themselves and their offered works, goods, and services.

2.3. Profile — An individual public page of a Business User hosted on the Website.

2.4. Website Administration or We — The owner of the Website (Alfa Project LLC) and/or operators managing the Website.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WEBSITE

3.1. Publication of information regarding organizations and individuals operating in sports, beauty, aesthetic medicine, tourism, hotel business, and entertainment (hereinafter referred to as "Entrepreneurs"), as well as their offered works, goods, and services.

3.2. Providing Users with communication and feedback tools, including rating mechanisms and commenting functionalities regarding Entrepreneurs.

4. PLACEMENT OF INFORMATION FOR BUSINESS USERS

4.1. The placement of information regarding Entrepreneurs is conducted on a fee-paying basis. Terms, rates, and payment conditions are governed by the Public Offer—which forms an integral part of these Terms—and are displayed on the relevant page of the Website.

4.2. Business Users undertake to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information and to update it in a timely manner.

4.3. Business Users must ensure that all submitted materials do not infringe upon third-party rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, and personal data protection regulations.

4.4. The Website Administration reserves the right to review, edit, or remove Profiles that violate these Terms, applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia, or mislead Users.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. The User undertakes:

5.1.1. Not to post illegal, false, deceptive, or misleading information on the Website;

5.1.2. Not to use the Website for purposes contrary to applicable laws or to violate third-party rights;

5.1.3. To show respect towards other Users and Entrepreneurs, refraining from insults, threats, discrimination, or hate speech;

5.1.4. Not to distribute spam, malware, viruses, or malicious links;

5.1.5. Not to perform automated data harvesting (using bots, scrapers, scripts, etc.);

5.1.6. Not to attempt unauthorized access to paid features or restricted areas of the Website.

5.2. Violation of these obligations may result in temporary or permanent suspension/blocking of access to the Website without any refund of paid fees.

5.3. All rights to the software, layout, graphics, text, design, and content of the Website belong exclusively to the Website Administration (Alfa Project LLC) or respective rightsholders. Any unauthorized copying or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

6.1. Users may leave reviews and ratings regarding Entrepreneurs and their services. Users commit to providing honest, fair, and substantiated feedback.

6.2. The Website Administration reserves the right to hide or delete comments that violate decency, contain defamation, threats, or insults, or otherwise contradict legal norms.

6.3. Business Users are strictly prohibited from artificially inflating their own ratings, artificially lowering competitors' ratings, or purchasing fraudulent reviews.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Website, its owners, employees, and contractors bear no liability for the accuracy or legality of information submitted by Business Users or third parties, nor for any damage arising from the use of such information.

7.2. The Website is not an agent, broker, or intermediary between Users and Business Users. Any interactions or transactions occur at their sole discretion and risk.

7.3. The Website does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the advertised goods or services and encourages Users to verify relevant details independently.

7.4. The Website Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service but does not guarantee the absence of technical outages or errors.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

8.1. By submitting personal data on the Website (registration forms, feedback forms, or reviews), the User consents to the processing of their data by the Website Administration.

8.2. Data processing encompasses collection, recording, storage, updating, usage, transfer, anonymization, blocking, and deletion.

8.3.2. Entrepreneur and Profile details;

8.3.3. Reviews, ratings, and comments;

We do not store or process payment card data directly on our servers.

8.4. Purpose of Data Processing: Managing accounts, supporting platform functionality, analytics, compliance with legal obligations, and sending service notifications.

8.5. Data Sharing: Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or necessary for platform technical infrastructure (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).
