PUBLIC OFFER

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer by "Alfa Project" LLC (TIN: 02924358, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider" or "Website Administration") pursuant to Article 453 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia.
1.2. This Offer is addressed to an unrestricted circle of persons—legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and physical persons (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "Business User")—who wish to receive information and promotional services on the website b-q.am (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.3. In accordance with Article 454 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, payment made by the Customer for services according to the tariff selected on the Website constitutes full, unconditional, and immediate acceptance (Acceptance) of this Offer. The Agreement shall be deemed executed in written form upon payment.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Provider undertakes to render services to the Customer for posting information on the Website regarding the Customer, their offered works, products, and/or services (creation/activation of a profile), as well as related services (promotion, analytics), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in accordance with the terms and rates set forth herein.
2.2. The scope and duration of services are determined by the tariff package selected by the Customer, as presented on the relevant page of the Website.
3. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The cost of services is set forth in the tariff packages published on the Website. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify tariff packages, which shall take effect upon publication on the Website.
3.2. Payment for services is executed on a 100% advance payment basis through integrated payment gateways on the Website or via wire transfer.
3.3. Services are considered duly rendered by the Provider upon the publication of the Customer's information (Profile) on the Website.
3.4. In the event of early cancellation of services by the Customer, paid funds are non-refundable.
3.5. Refunds of paid amounts are possible exclusively in cases of technical error (duplicate charge) or impossibility of service delivery due to the fault of the Provider. All payment complaints are considered on an individual basis within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the request.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS
4.1. The Customer grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display the Customer's trademarks, logos, photographs, and text materials within the scope of the Website for the duration of the service delivery.
4.2. The Customer guarantees that the materials provided do not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademark rights, or personal data protection rights.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Customer undertakes to:

Provide accurate, current, and lawful information regarding their business, products, and services.

Refrain from using the Website for illegal, misleading, or unfair competition purposes.
5.2. The Provider reserves the right to:

Request documents verifying the authenticity of information (licenses, certificates) if the activity is subject to regulatory licensing.

Reject, suspend, or delete information (Profile) that violates Armenian legislation, the Terms of Use, or third-party rights, without refunding paid funds.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations hereunder in accordance with current legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
6.2. The Provider is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of information posted by the Customer.
6.3. The Provider does not guarantee an increase in customer volume, sales, or revenue for the Customer as a result of the services. The Provider’s liability is limited to the proper posting of information on the Website.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or full non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure events arising after the execution of this Agreement (states of emergency, military actions, global network/hosting failures, government acts).
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be settled through negotiations between the Parties.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with applicable Armenian legislation.
